2. The app

DIVISIONBYZ3R0 processes your photos entirely on your device. No photos or other content are sent to us or to any third party.

No account, no sign-in.
No tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.
Photo library: accessed only to load images for editing and to save edited images – and only if you allow it in iOS. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings.
Settings are stored locally on your device only.

3. In-app purchase “DIVISIONBYZ3R0 Pro”

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive any payment data. The app only uses Apple's StoreKit to check whether the purchase exists for your Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's processing: apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. This website

No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no external fonts or third-party content.
Server logs: the web server does not keep access logs (which page was requested from which IP address and when). Your IP address is necessarily processed to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) but not stored. The server only writes technical operational and error messages (e.g. about certificate renewal); in rare cases these may contain an IP address, are used solely for secure operation and are automatically overwritten on rotation (max. approx. 30 MB in total).
The website is served over HTTPS from our own server; certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer your request and delete them once they are no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since the app does not transmit personal data to us, we usually hold no data about you. Requests to divisionbyz3r0@red-raider.de.

7. Changes

We will update this policy if the app or the law changes. The version published here applies.
